Dr. Franke and his staff provide compassionate, state-of-the-art dentistry services and have done so for over four decades.

Dr. Franke graduated from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry and has taught at his alma mater in both the Department of Restorative Dentistry and the General Practice residency program.

In 1980, he was recruited by the University of Texas Health Science Center, School of Dentistry in San Antonio, to teach in the Department of General Practice - which is now known as the Department of Comprehensive Care. During his many years in practice, Dr. Franke has continually pursued improving his dental skills by keeping abreast of current dental publications and studies, and by studying and learning leading-edge dental techniques. To this end, he is immensely proud of having completed the course of study at the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington: an internationally recognized center for excellence in dental treatment. His experience at Kois also involved mentoring other dentists who arrived at the center seeking this special level of expertise.

For thirty years he ran a successful private practice in Santa Rosa, California. Dr. Franke is excited to be in New Braunfels and to use his proficiency in the art of dentistry here. He is very much looking forward to providing an exceptional degree of care, which was established by Dr. Wuensch at Hunter’s Village Dental, to the people of New Braunfels.

In his leisure, Dr. Franke enjoys cooking, the collecting of wine, and golf. He is eager to master the skills of hunting and fishing in Texas Hill Country.
